Finance & Vendor Manager – Product and Engineering

📋 Description

• Take ownership of budget planning and monitoring across Product, Engineering, and Design.

• Serve as the primary liaison with Finance regarding planning cycles, reporting, and financial procedures.

• Develop comprehensive frameworks to monitor expenditures, manage risks, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Prepare and organize business cases for leadership or Board deliberations.

• Question assumptions related to costs and investments to aid in informed prioritization.

• Ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing processes in close collaboration with central Procurement.

• Oversee Purchase Orders and guarantee complete visibility and control over expenditures.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of vendors, contracts, and external spending.

• Supervise the tools landscape across Product, Engineering, and Design.

• Deliver structured insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making.
