Finance Systems Administrator – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the implementation of finance systems in collaboration with finance and IT teams.

• Provides technical support to end users, either independently or with external assistance.

• Works closely with the CargoScience software development team for any necessary development tasks.

• Develops and executes project communication strategies, offering regular status updates.

• Collaborates with IT and Finance teams to ensure the creation of system documentation and training materials.

• Engages in or oversees systems configuration and quality assurance testing.

• Involves business units in enhancing and optimizing current systems and processes.

• Partners with IT and Finance to define the scope of new projects.

• Assists in research for new system integrations or interface specifications.

• Manages the technical aspects of system integrations and interfaces.

• Ensures all project deliverables are achieved and secures final approval from business units.

• Aids in developing business test cases and documents procedures for testing.

• Follows up and gathers feedback from business units on the solutions provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a suitable blend of education and experience.

• Proven experience as a technology leader in designing, building, and deploying enterprise solutions for finance systems.

• Skilled in a variety of general and specialized applications and software utilized within the organization.

• Understanding of ERP concepts and their implementation in a global context.

• Required experience with implementing and/or administering NetSuite.

• Familiarity with systems such as ADP, Deel, an HRIS system (preferably DarwinBox), and a T&E system (preferably Brex) is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within finance systems.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in creating training materials and delivering live training sessions during implementation phases.
