This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Execute daily departmental responsibilities; verify the accuracy of daily work and address any discrepancies with management.
• Foster, develop, and sustain effective communication and strong relationships with internal clients (including, but not limited to, business units, operations, and property CFOs) to ensure their needs are recognized and consistently fulfilled.
• Engage in the development, design, and assessment of assigned projects, ensuring that analytical and control operations are functioning effectively within the department.
• Contribute to the ongoing measurement, enhancement, and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency in collaboration with senior management across the Finance Shared Services Center.
• Take part in LEAN training initiatives and provide ideas and suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
• Support the company's strategies and business plans to achieve both individual and departmental performance goals.
• Comply with departmental policies and procedures to ensure successful internal and external audits.
• Possess the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative ideas, and communicate them effectively.
• Exhibit proficiency in systems relevant to job responsibilities.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires 1+ year of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement is preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
• Bilingual capability, with English as either the primary or secondary language, is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe software, including the ability to create spreadsheets, apply formulas, and format documents, is preferred.
• Experience in a similar resort setting is preferred.
• Gaming registration/work permit/license in all applicable jurisdictions as required is preferred.
