Finance Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish, uphold, and advance architectural principles, target architectures, and technical standards for Group Finance.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into scalable, maintainable solution architectures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Business, Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Governance.

• Assist and steer strategic transformation and integration initiatives throughout the organization.

• Coordinate architectural matters across teams and organizational units.

• Ensure consistency between architecture, delivery, and operations.

• Advocate for contemporary working methods and enhance collaboration across organizational boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture, preferably within a large corporate setting.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), analytical systems, and MOLAP technologies.

• Understanding of modern DevSecOps principles.

• Strong expertise in security and cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance and controlling processes.

• Experience in complex transformation and integration projects.

• A holistic perspective on processes, systems, and organizations.

• Proficiency in communicating technical and business-related topics effectively to diverse audiences.

• Capability to provide functional leadership and coordinate activities across multiple teams.

• Excellent command of both German and English.

• Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
