Finance Segment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial analysis, planning, and data mining initiatives for various business segments.

• Provide direct support to FP&A Finance/Segments and collaborate with multiple departments.

• Manage the financial aspects of assigned accounts and product lines.

• Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial information.

• Work with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to gain insights into financial outcomes.

• Present closing results, operational metrics, and forecasts to senior management.

• Offer coaching, review work, and delegate tasks to junior team members.

• Perform periodic audits of operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or a related field is required.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.

• Intermediate knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Insights is preferred.

• Intermediate skills in programming and/or relational database design/query are preferred.
