• Create, oversee, and expand financial solutions that empower customers to acquire products and services.
• Establish and manage financing programs that facilitate customer purchases and promote business growth.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with third-party financial partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to align and implement financing strategies.
• Assist sales teams with customer-oriented financing solutions to enhance deal conversion rates.
• Spearhead training and enablement initiatives for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for financing-related inquiries and challenges.
• Continuously refine processes to optimize the customer financing experience.
• Proven experience in business development, financial programs, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Background in working cross-functionally with sales teams to facilitate revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to think strategically while executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with or experience selling financial products, financing programs, or payment solutions (B2B preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated mindset with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
