Finance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold project plans

• Coordinate across various workstreams, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

• Organize program meetings, cross-functional check-ins, stakeholder evaluations, and enablement sessions

• Manage meeting agendas, document notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up and accountability

• Maintain essential program documentation (roadmaps, risks, decisions) and generate clear, concise status reports and stakeholder presentations

• Oversee integrated Smartsheet schedules, highlighting dependencies and escalating obstacles to safeguard milestones and the critical path

• Collaborate with Change Management and Training teams to ensure job aids, training materials, and communication assets are in line with scope and release timelines; assist with traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and practical experience

• Over 5 years of experience in finance program management, project management, or roles involving cross-functional coordination

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings while fostering clarity, structure, and alignment

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, including engaging remote teams, promoting alignment among cross-functional groups, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with collaboration and program management tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
