Finance Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and verify a high volume of payments and reimbursements, ensuring both accuracy and organization throughout the workflow.

• Review reimbursement invoices and receipts for both domestic and international transactions.

• Support operational bank reconciliations.

• Document and monitor financial transactions within the ERP system (Oracle).

• Aid in the organization and enhancement of the team’s financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on operational and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Well-organized, responsible, and proactive.

• Prior experience in financial routines, even as an intern, is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) or other financial systems is desirable.

• A keen interest in advancing within financial operations is a plus.

• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable for future team activities, although not mandatory for the initial responsibilities of the role.
