Finance Manager – Management Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the annual budget and rolling forecasts for all group entities.

• Facilitate monthly variance analysis sessions with budget holders and compile group-level management accounts.

• Assess invoices and purchase agreements against approved budgets, ensuring accurate cost centre allocation.

• Track committed versus available budget in real time.

• Spearhead the Finance stream of our ERP project, deliver training for end-users, and ensure the integrity of data migration.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts accompanied by analytical commentary.

• Maintain dashboards for senior management and the board.

• Provide backup support to the FM – Financial Reporting & Audit for statutory accounts, IFRS workings, and audit files during absences or peak times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Professional qualification — ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, either qualified or at finalist level.

• Over 5 years of finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management accounting or FP&A.

• Practical ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar); experience in implementation is highly desirable.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of IFRS principles.
