• Oversee daily financial management activities across OWGP operations
• Manage forecasting, cash flow modeling, and monthly financial reporting
• Assist in the management of the National Wealth Fund and other funding facilities
• Ensure appropriate banking structures and fund segregation arrangements are in place
• Supervise reconciliations, controls, payment processes, and month-end activities
• Serve as the finance lead for payroll coordination and reporting of people costs
• Generate insightful management information and variance analysis for leadership and Board presentations
• Support external audits, preparation of statutory accounts, and reporting for funders
• Collaborate with program and investment teams to enhance financial controls and decision-making
• A relevant degree along with either a professional accounting qualification or active pursuit of one
• 3–5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations roles
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Ability to analyze financial data and effectively communicate insights
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy
• 33 days of annual leave entitlement
