Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment of financial objectives with business goals.

• Create and sustain financial models that facilitate decision-making and offer valuable insights.

• Examine financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.

• Produce accurate and current financial statements, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual performance assessments, and prepare presentations for the board.

• Work collaboratively with business partners to enhance financial performance and promote cost efficiency.

• Deliver financial expertise and support to executive management.

• Engage in strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable quantitative discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years or equivalent experience in roles related to investment banking, venture capital, private equity, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics.

• Eagerness to engage in hands-on work, manage substantial data sets, and construct complex financial models. Proficiency in Google Sheets is advantageous.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a high-growth context.

• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Excel, or similar) and data analysis tools.

• Strong grasp of GAAP/IFRS and non-GAAP/IFRS financial metrics, particularly those relevant to SaaS.
