Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, month-end tasks, and analysis for designated business sectors.

• Direct a team of financial analysts.

• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure accountability for budgets, forecasts, and operational commitments.

• Guarantee the generation of timely and precise reports.

• Create and evaluate intricate financial and statistical reports.

• Produce and assess ad-hoc reports concerning the quality, cost, and efficiency of healthcare services.

• Collect and prepare analyses based on data from diverse sources and financial reports.

• Provide necessary financial and business analysis.

• Identify suitable actions and present findings to upper management.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and procedures.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, financial analysis, or business operations finance is necessary.

• Experience at an enterprise level and/or with a Big Four firm is preferred.

• Experience in people leadership is desired.

• CPA, MBA, or other relevant finance credentials are preferred.
