Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of financial reporting and compliance for the operations in Poland, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with group standards.

• Conduct analysis of financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, translating numbers into clear insights and recommendations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with FP&A and Group Finance teams.

• Serve as a finance business partner to management, elucidating financial results and supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Track key performance indicators, including revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.

• Oversee cash flow and working capital management.

• Aid in the integration and enhancement of financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics tools.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and KMS headquarters.

• Supervise accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Addepto in Poland, ensuring alignment with KMS Technology’s global finance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Over 7 years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, ideally in multinational or private equity-backed environments.

• Comprehensive, hands-on understanding of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements.

• Experience with statutory reporting and local compliance obligations, including KSeF / mandatory e-invoicing.

• Proven experience in collaboration with external advisors and authorities.

• Familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, local filings, and complex reconciliations.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.

• Willingness and availability for business trips to Warsaw.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Fluency in Polish is required.
