Finance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for managing finance at atmio.

• This includes overseeing accounting and financial reporting.

• You will maintain control of budgets and cash flow, ensuring that our financial figures are always ready for investors.

• You will prepare and lead the financial aspects of our upcoming fundraising, develop scenarios and forecasts for critical decisions, and collaborate closely with the C-level team as a strategic partner on priorities.

• You will serve as the primary contact for financial inquiries within the organization and assist in transforming early-stage processes into scalable financial frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in finance or controlling.

• Experience in fundraising and investor reporting.

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Fluent in both German and English.
