Finance Data Migration Support – ERP, Business Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Prepare and assist with the migration of financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP).

• Organize, cleanse, and validate general ledger, subledger (AP/AR), and fixed asset information.

• Aid in the loading of data, including journals, opening balances, and master data.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data before migration.

• Assist with the setup, migration, and reconciliation of fixed assets.

• Support finance teams throughout data validation and reconciliation processes.

• Identify and address data inconsistencies in partnership with business stakeholders.

• Contribute to the creation of migration templates, data structures, and validation rules.

• Document the steps taken for data preparation and the results of reconciliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations or finance systems.

• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.

• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or comparable).

• A solid understanding of data management, Excel, and basic SQL is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency in data.

• Hands-on approach with a structured working style.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
