This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Reach out to authors with pending payments via phone, email, and SMS, assisting them in processing their transactions.

• Support authors with account verifications and the royalty withdrawal process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience at every stage.

• Engage in active listening to comprehend each author's circumstances, aiding in finding effective resolutions.

• Accurately log commitments and schedule follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Oversee a personal pipeline of ongoing cases with complete accountability.

• Maintain precise and current payment records.

• Escalate cases when necessary and clearly document all interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills are essential; you will manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups on a daily basis.

• Proficiency in advanced written and spoken English is mandatory. As this role requires strong communication skills in English, CVs submitted in Spanish or any other language will not be considered.

• Comfortable and self-assured on the phone; you do not shy away from challenging conversations.

• Keen attention to detail, particularly regarding numbers and payment records.

• An empathetic and patient communicator, recognizing that our authors are creatives, not financial specialists.

• Self-motivated and proactive, you follow up without needing reminders.

• **Nice to have**

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer support, or a related role is advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Metorik, WordPress, and ClickUp.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
