This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Invoices & Payments β Prepare, draft, and dispatch invoices, manage transfers, and track incoming payments.
β’ Numbers & KPIs β Sustain essential metrics, generate reports, and conduct minor analyses to aid our company management.
β’ Receivables Management β Oversee pending items, ensure compliance with payment deadlines, and facilitate the dunning process.
β’ Process Optimization β Assess, enhance, and document financial workflows.
β’ Email Communication β Maintain friendly and professional correspondence with our tax advisor, the team, and external partners.
β’ Payroll β Gather data and organize it for our tax advisor.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, controlling, or receivables management β or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong affinity for numbers.
β’ Organized working style & meticulous attention to detail β proactively identifying potential issues.
β’ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
β’ Self-motivated & driven β able to manage your own tasks without the need for micromanagement.
β’ Clear and amiable communication in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
β’ Team-oriented & eager for improvements β you enjoy collaborating on process development.
