• Invoices & Payments – Prepare, draft, and dispatch invoices, manage transfers, and track incoming payments.
• Numbers & KPIs – Sustain essential metrics, generate reports, and conduct minor analyses to aid our company management.
• Receivables Management – Oversee pending items, ensure compliance with payment deadlines, and facilitate the dunning process.
• Process Optimization – Assess, enhance, and document financial workflows.
• Email Communication – Maintain friendly and professional correspondence with our tax advisor, the team, and external partners.
• Payroll – Gather data and organize it for our tax advisor.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, controlling, or receivables management – or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong affinity for numbers.
• Organized working style & meticulous attention to detail – proactively identifying potential issues.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated & driven – able to manage your own tasks without the need for micromanagement.
• Clear and amiable communication in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Team-oriented & eager for improvements – you enjoy collaborating on process development.
