This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Invoicing and payment processing – Creating, generating, and dispatching invoices, preparing transfers, and tracking incoming payments.
• Numbers and KPIs – Maintain essential metrics, generate reports, and conduct minor analyses to assist our company management.
• Accounts receivable management – Oversee outstanding items, ensure adherence to payment terms, and manage dunning/reminder processes.
• Process optimization – Evaluate, enhance, and document finance workflows.
• Email communication – Conduct friendly and professional correspondence with our tax advisor, the team, and external partners.
• Payroll preparation – Gather and organize payroll data for our tax advisor.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial controlling, or accounts receivable management – or relevant practical experience demonstrating numerical proficiency.
• Organized working style and meticulous attention to detail – you identify potential issues before they occur.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and proactive – you manage your work independently without the need for micromanagement.
• Clear and friendly communication skills in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for improvements – you enjoy developing processes collectively.
