Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver HRIS module configurations independently.

• Oversee client interactions and contribute to project delivery while enhancing functional expertise.

• Collaborate with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.

• Provide guidance to clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.

• Configure and test modules to align with client requirements.

• Execute or assist with data migration activities as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive demos and UAT walkthroughs for client evaluation.

• Gather and process feedback to facilitate system modifications.

• Deliver training sessions for end-users on various modules.

• Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.

• Address post-implementation issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

• Lead workshops and extract valuable insights from discussions.

• Analyze root causes and recommend solutions for recurring issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation / Support / End User roles.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
