📋 Description

• Overseeing daily financial transactions across various entities and currencies.

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management operations.

• Preparing and recording journal entries while possessing a solid understanding of the underlying business activities.

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations across different entities and regions.

• Aiding in month-end closing processes and enhancing both timelines and accuracy.

• Keeping organized and audit-ready financial documentation.

• Reviewing and verifying financial data to ensure it is complete and accurate.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles within a corporate or fast-paced setting.

• Experience in multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency environments.

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
