Finance Associate

📋 Description

• Overseeing daily financial transactions across various entities and currencies.

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.

• Preparing and posting journal entries while having a comprehensive understanding of the underlying business activities.

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations across different entities and regions.

• Assisting in month-end closing processes and enhancing timelines and accuracy.

• Keeping financial documentation organized and ready for audits.

• Reviewing and verifying financial data to ensure completeness and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations within a corporate or fast-paced setting.

• Experience working with multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency frameworks.

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.

• A collaborative and energetic demeanor with a willingness to learn within a global team.
