Finance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Overseeing daily financial dealings across various entities and currencies.

• Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.

• Preparing and recording journal entries while possessing a solid grasp of the related business activities.

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations among different entities and regions.

• Aiding in month-end closing procedures and enhancing efficiency and precision.

• Keeping financial documentation organized and ready for audits.

• Examining and verifying financial data to guarantee its completeness and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations within a corporate or dynamic environment.

• Experience in handling multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency frameworks.

• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
