Finance Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Manage and monitor customer invoices for an international portfolio.

• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain clean receivables.

• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies.

• Utilize Fortnox and assist with basic bookkeeping activities.

• Collaborate with external accountants as necessary.

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

• Native Swedish speaker with proficiency in English.
