Fieldwork Coordinator, Resource Manager – Nordic Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Identify and pair the ideal candidates with suitable projects

• Ensure that shop visits are completed and rates are monitored

• Recruit new evaluators for ongoing projects

• Schedule mystery shopping visits in accordance with project guidelines

• Support project completion and adherence to budget

• Conduct mystery shop visits as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and preferably a Nordic language (such as Swedish or Danish)

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Capability to manage and organize tasks independently

• Results-driven and accountable
