Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Actively participates in field operations beyond the primary Escrow and Title Operations.

• Manages, creates, and implements training programs for field personnel.

• Collaborates with business leaders to assess training requirements.

• Standardizes training initiatives and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of training.

• Promotes best practices to support the attainment of business unit goals and principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires 2+ years of relevant work experience.
