This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as a Field Trainer for Round Table Pizza, delivering training and professional development to new franchisees, managers, and current restaurant staff.
• Assist with New Store Openings (NSOs).
• Collaborate closely with the Field Training Manager during on-site visits.
• Organize and execute training and educational programs for new franchisees, managers, and current restaurant staff, focusing on company standards, processes, and policies for all RTP locations.
• Stay updated on new training methodologies and techniques, integrating them into the RTP Brands Training Program.
• Review field data while keeping current on all company programs and products to effectively support franchisees.
• Complete training documentation for each session and submit it to the Director of Training & Operations Services.
• Mentor trainees in all aspects of RTP operations.
• Conduct Train the Trainer sessions as required.
• Act as a corporate training liaison in the field, communicating training needs and issues to the corporate team as necessary.
• Responsible for certifying franchisees, franchisee training managers, and corporate trainers.
• Revitalize and assist existing franchise locations as needed, enhancing and upholding Brand Standards.
• Aid in developing programs and scheduling training classes.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Must reside in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) or California.
• Strong commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Capable of working collaboratively on projects at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Adaptable and able to handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected situations.
• Proven ability to deliver successful presentations to individuals and groups at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety regulations, operating procedures, and manuals.
• Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective in speaking before franchise owners, upper management, or restaurant personnel.
• Competent in calculating figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Able to apply basic math and algebra concepts.
• Capable of solving practical problems and providing feedback to trainees.
• Knowledgeable in database software, Internet software, inventory management systems, order processing systems, and spreadsheet software.
• Servsafe Certified.
• Willingness to travel weekly (over 90%).
