Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute hardware installation projects.

• Install, configure, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot various equipment.

• Conduct onsite installation, calibration, and system verification tasks.

• Interpret and utilize technical documentation effectively.

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and issues.

• Collaborate and communicate with onsite personnel and teams.

• Foster and maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Complete service documentation and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

• Ensure that tools and resources are functional and well-maintained.

• Identify and report non-standard conditions and safety issues.

• Keep the work environment clean and organized.

• Adhere to project timelines and commitments.

• Travel to customer and project locations as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Technician role or a similar position.

• Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.

• Skilled in utilizing voltmeters and cable testers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must be available and authorized to travel frequently within and outside the state.
