This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Delivers on-site customer support for installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting.
• Installs equipment and verifies its functionality.
• Educates customers on the effective use of products and services.
• Addresses customer inquiries through technical support.
• Develops and executes strategies for resolving complex issues.
• Assists with new installations and facilitates incident resolution.
• Communicates additional product requirements identified at customer locations.
• Keeps records of visits and customer interactions.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a veterinary clinic.
• Qualification in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships.
• Proficient in planning and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional active listening abilities.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience with computer networks is advantageous.
• Valid driving license in Portugal.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
