Field Supervisor – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for the designated operational area.

• Coordinate and schedule tasks in collaboration with the team.

• Oversee job progress according to the schedule and conduct site visits.

• Manage construction completions while engaging with clients.

• Guarantee 100% compliance with Safety and Quality standards.

• Facilitate field education training and execute field safety audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in an engineering field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator industry is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong leadership qualities, goal-oriented mindset, and effective decision-making skills.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative and dynamic team environment.
