This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Create and execute budget-friendly plans and timelines for project completion.

• Manage resource allocation and resolve work conflicts among subcontractors.

• Monitor performance to ensure all tasks adhere to specifications and regulations.

• Provide on-site oversight.

• Support foremen and teams with field events and repairs as needed, while being available for extended on-site assistance.

• Aid teams with quality assurance and efficiency planning.

• Record project advancement through detailed reports, notes, and photographs.

• Ensure effective communication with project owners, architects, and the office regarding any issues or changes.

• Help maintain accurate crew time for budgeting and payroll purposes.

• Participate in pre-bid, pre-construction, and project progression meetings.

• Perform site inspections, including assessing asphalt conditions, and communicate with the General Contractor or Owner as needed.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the construction field.

• At least 5 years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.

• Proficiency in asphalt and concrete construction (curbs, flat work, sub-grade remediation, base/asphalt installation, and elevation).

• Experience with post-tension construction is a plus.

• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and electronic time capture systems.

• Strong knowledge of design drawings and standard installation processes.

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with Spanish language proficiency being an advantage.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently, especially during peak seasons.
