Field Specialist – Global Rotator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Executing the installation and pulling of the AccessESP Retrievable ESP system along with its related equipment for both offshore and onshore assignments.

• Supporting and overseeing ESP equipment to enhance well productivity and extend ESP operational lifespan.

• Frequent travel for international or domestic assignments on short notice.

• Managing special projects as assigned.

• Carrying out business activities in alignment with HSE policies, legal compliance standards, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Technical Degree or equivalent, or 5 years of experience in ALS, Completions, or Wireline fields.

• Background in ALS, Completions, or Wireline.

• Significant technical expertise in operating Electrical Submersible Pumps or Artificial Lift tools and equipment.

• Valid offshore experience is required.

• Proficiency in basic computer programs to accurately complete daily paperwork.

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose ESP issues during troubleshooting.
