Field Services Technician 2 – Nights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform both corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment.

• Respond promptly to repair requests and adhere to maintenance protocols.

• Commit to ongoing training and continuous improvement.

• Reduce downtime during fault response calls.

• Support equipment installation efforts.

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards.

• Manage delivery and collection of equipment modules.

• Assist with project work led by management.

• Act as a deputy for the Field Service Team Leader when necessary.

• Conduct stock checks of vehicles.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain the assigned vehicle and ensure FORs accreditation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in a technical service or maintenance setting.

• Relevant engineering qualification.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Valid UK driving license.

• HNC or equivalent qualification in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

• Familiarity with SLA-driven contracts (preferred).
