Field Services Specialist – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Under supervision, execute a program aimed at facilitating client adoption and compliance with operational protocols.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at broadening the program's impact within a specified territory.

• Support sales partners in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless integration, managing material collection, and overseeing overall program effectiveness.

• Supervise the preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring quality standards and suggesting process enhancements.

• Identify items that can be reprocessed and provide stakeholders with advice on cost-saving opportunities.

• Offer on-site assistance, addressing inquiries and optimizing workflows.

• Educate and train staff on the program's value and best practices.

• Conduct regular visits to facilities and assist with onboarding new clients and launching programs.

• Compile reports and utilize data to inform targeted education and foster program development.

• Manage service schedules and secure purchase orders for reprocessed materials.

• Facilitate training sessions for clinical staff to encourage program adoption.

• Develop and oversee implementation plans, collaborating with internal teams and clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal partners to ensure the success of the program.

• Collect feedback, promptly address issues, and support operational requirements as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, OR a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Additional experience in creating presentations for diverse audience levels.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the state.

• Position may necessitate lifting and pushing boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
