Field Service Technician – Weekends Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation and upkeep of ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, as well as other products from Cash Depot.

• Conduct cash replenishment and coin removal as per the schedule and requests.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests as scheduled and required.

• Complete assignments as directed by supervisors or relevant staff members from Cash Depot.

• Communicate inventory and support requests to ensure that scheduled tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Execute administrative tasks efficiently, accurately, and promptly.

• Uphold critical department metrics related to efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other important standards for Cash Depot and our customers.

• Support fellow technicians and assist in training or ride-along training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to be insured through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Capability to operate a vehicle for over 50% of the working shift.

• Ability to perform tasks safely, including lifting and other responsibilities related to the position.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.

• Competence in adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Field Service Handbook.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, critical thinking, accuracy, thoroughness, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace or shifts in duties.
