Field Service Technician – Switzerland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Carry out the commissioning and maintenance of our heating systems at the premises of customers and end-users.

• Offer service-oriented advice to our clients from the heating sector, both via phone and on-site.

• Assist your colleagues in technical field service within an expanded radius of your designated area.

• Take on on-call responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), a mechatronics technician for refrigeration (Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik), an electrician for energy and building technology (Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik), or an electrician/electrical installer.

• Ideally, possess further qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service or field service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology.

• Familiarity with the construction and operation of heating systems, especially heat pumps.

• Ideally hold a Category 1 refrigeration certificate.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
