
Field Service Technician – Separation Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and process-related challenges.
• Offer onsite technical assistance and customer training sessions.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with both customer and company standards.
• Update customers on job progress, parts requirements, and recommendations.
• Prepare precise service reports and documentation.
• Follow up with clients post-service to verify correct operation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours and weekend service support.
• Travel to client locations throughout the Midwest.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (including reports, email, and documentation).
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours duty rotation.
