Field Service Technician – Separation Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges

• Diagnose mechanical and process-related challenges

• Deliver onsite technical assistance and customer training

• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and adhere to both customer and company standards

• Relay job status, required parts, and recommendations to clients

• Prepare precise service reports and documentation

• Follow up with clients post-service to ensure proper functioning

• Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours and weekend service support

• Travel to customer locations throughout the Midwest

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or GED

• Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand tools

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Basic computer proficiency (reports, email, documentation)

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75%

• Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours rotations
