This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide support at customer sites to ensure optimal system availability and stability.
• Execute the commissioning and testing of all AutoStore hardware and software prior to customer handover.
• Address customer support issues through remote ticketing and on-site troubleshooting.
• Create comprehensive documentation that includes best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and methods for resolution.
• Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for end users and maintenance teams regarding AutoStore and Kardex subsystems.
• Support customers during the ramp-up phase of new projects following handover.
• Travel to project locations for approximately one week at a time; total travel ranges from 60–70%.
• A technical background in automation, electromechanical systems, robotics, or intralogistics is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Exceptional customer communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• Experience in commissioning, maintenance, or service engineering is advantageous.
• Readiness to travel frequently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
