Field Service Technician – On-site

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Executing service calls in the regions of Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland as scheduled by our dispatch team.

• Identifying faults and carrying out commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on oil and gas heating systems as well as heat pumps.

• Documenting service activities within the IT system.

• Engaging in the on-call rotation outside of standard business hours (maximum one week per month).

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL/technical college, vocational school, or equivalent) as an installer/plumber, building services technician, or heating technician.

• Relevant professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, HVAC, or another technical field.

• Proficient German language skills, both in writing and speaking.

• Basic IT/computer proficiency.
