Field Service Technician, Munich

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for plant operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our clients from heating companies, both via phone and in-person, to ensure satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service within the broader area of your service region.

• Undertaking on-call responsibilities to support our customers promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as heating/plumbing systems mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).

• Holding a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken.
