This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Carry out installations, provide training on devices, instruct customers, modify hardware and software, and conduct safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot devices and reagents.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
• Assist sales personnel through collaborative customer visits.
• Oversee and manage spare parts independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Biomedical Technology or equivalent vocational training in a medical-technical or electromechanical discipline.
• Proficient in using current computer technologies; familiarity with networking is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of identifying and implementing solutions.
• Proficient in German and have good command of English, both written and verbal.
