Field Service Technician II – Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Install and maintain electrical systems for conveyor, sortation, and automation equipment.

• Diagnose intricate electrical problems to ensure seamless operations for customers.

• Oversee and mentor subcontractors to guarantee safe and high-quality installations.

• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and execute advanced conduit bending (1"–2").

• Gather and present quality metrics to minimize recurring installation challenges.

• Ensure that projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and Honeywell standards.

• Recognize opportunities to broaden services and enhance customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical field service or industrial electrical installation.

• At least 2 years of experience in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings.

• A minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting experience with electrical systems in industrial settings.

• Over 2 years of experience leading subcontractors or technicians.

• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft 365 for business applications.

• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).

• Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of the time within the United States.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (Real ID compliant).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
