Field Service Technician, Heat Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and upkeep of our heating systems at the sites of end customers.

• Providing service-oriented technical support to our clients and heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in field service within an extended radius of your designated service area.

• Participating in on-call duty to support our customers as promptly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer.

• Ideally, further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation).

• Knowledge of the construction and operation of heating systems, especially heat pumps.

• Ideally holding a Category 1 refrigeration certificate.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Proficient spoken and written skills in both German and English.
