Field Service Technician – Engineer, Gas Detection Systems

📋 Description

• Accountable for the upkeep, repair, and initiation of gas detection systems and installations at industrial and high-tech client locations.

• Collaborate closely with the field service team, sales personnel, and the technical contacts and system owners from the customer side.

• Identify and rectify complex faults, errors, and vulnerabilities.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding products and service alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, along with certification as a technician/master or a degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience and expertise in instrumentation & control (I&C), preferably in gas detection, measurement, and control technologies, or similar safety systems.

• Proficient in PC and networking skills.

• Strong customer service orientation complemented by effective communication and persuasive abilities.

• High integrity, initiative, and the capacity to work independently.

• Willingness to travel and possess a driving license class B.

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
