This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist with daily equipment maintenance and uphold customer service standards.
• Diagnose, resolve, and repair issues related to nitric oxide delivery devices.
• Visit customer locations and engage with hospital personnel regarding device functionality and customer feedback.
• Record maintenance activities in internal device/system logs, adhering to GDP and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly maintenance, calibration, and sensor replacements following manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain regulatory and corporate documentation for maintenance, deliveries, and shipments.
• Organize the packing and shipment of devices requiring off-site maintenance.
• Procure new and replacement devices to reduce customer downtime.
• Ensure adequate inventory of devices and parts.
• Deliver Noxivent cylinders to clients.
• Manage equipment deployments for evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding.
• Handle off-shift customer inquiries and perform on-site visits for immediate issue resolution.
• Plan and implement software updates, system enhancements, and quality activities in the field.
• Analyze device performance and utilization data, identify trends, suggest improvements, and promote operational enhancements.
• Gather monthly usage statistics from deployed devices.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A technical degree is preferred.
• A clean driving record is essential.
• At least one year of experience in equipment repair is required.
• Previous experience in biomedical equipment repair is advantageous.
• A minimum of one year in a customer-facing or customer service position is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Capable of lifting 50–70 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and lift multiple times throughout the day.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with limited overnight travel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to organize and oversee large volumes of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
• Must possess strong teamwork skills.
• Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization across various sites.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize complex tasks, and manage operational demands in a multi-site territory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools, along with data and reporting systems.
• Ability to meet credentialing standards and work in clinical or manufacturing settings.
• Capable of standing or walking for extended periods and lifting/moving moderate loads of 50–70 pounds.
• Weekend work may be necessary based on operational requirements.
