This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the scheduling of Preventative Maintenance and Service tasks.
• Conduct on-site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
• Address all preventative maintenance and service requirements for clients.
• Be accessible for emergency issues while on call.
• Vigilantly monitor service software to ensure timely fulfillment of services.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization for product development and enhancement.
• Offer technical assistance for troubleshooting and repairing thermal works equipment.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the United States.
• 608 EPA certification is required.
• Proven experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service and Maintenance.
• Proficient in baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components.
• Knowledgeable in hydronic systems.
• Capable of effectively troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Understanding of refrigeration theory along with hands-on applied sciences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to read technical drawings at a basic level.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
