This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
• Identify system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of maintenance or system downtime.
• Carry out machine installations, Engineering Change Notices affecting system upgrades, and Hardware/Software upgrades that may require technical support.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position. • Comply with safety regulations and policies, complete mandatory Environmental Health & Safety training, and promptly report any job site accidents (related to injury or property damage).
• Currently enrolled in or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent experience.
• Certification in relevant fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, network navigation, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to identify issues at the PCB or component level.
• Capability to effectively interpret electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters, mail sorters, and currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is preferable.
• 3-5 years of preferred technical field service repair experience, including aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, and/or military repair experience.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• While basic computer knowledge is necessary, this position primarily focuses on electro-mechanical repair.
