Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services, and carries out minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates matters according to established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service performance and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications or equivalent practical experience are required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and hands-on experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving history that meets DN's fleet criteria.
