Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and offers technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and various services, as well as performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates concerns following established protocols.

• Arranges service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications or equivalent work experience are necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria are mandatory.
