Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Respond swiftly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.

• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and execute assigned service tasks.

• Maintain accurate inventory and adhere to the parts inventory process.

• Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide necessary documentation.

• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.

• Review pre-installation documents to identify required installation components.

• Collect and accurately report service activities using field service management reporting tools.

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high customer service standards.

• Self-manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.

• Adhere to Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

• Operate designated service vehicles and box trucks.

• Travel to customer casino locations and service areas.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Ability to obtain a gaming license as necessary.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

• Regional and national travel may be required up to 30% of the time.

• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.

• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

• Capable of lifting and moving at least 50 pounds.

• Able to push up to 250 pounds with moving equipment.

• Competent in climbing and balancing on ladders.

• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and vision.

• Capable of driving and operating a vehicle for extended periods.

• Experience as a slot technician, in field service for technical products, or related diagnostic work is preferred.

• Fieldwork experience, including being on call and traveling for work, is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting is preferred.

• Must pass mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the job posting location without current or future visa sponsorship.
